11,000 oil lamps offered to Shwedagon Pagoda

The Shwedagon Pagoda Board of Trustees held a ceremony before the full moon day of Thadingyut, 1383 ME at the Shwedagon Pagoda yesterday evening.
During the oil lamps offering ceremony, members of the Shwedagon Pagoda Board of Trustees and the staff of the Board of Trustees offered 11,000 oil lamps donated by the public on the oil lamp tray structures around the precinct of the Shwedagon Pagoda. — Zaw Min Latt(MNA)/GNLM
