Safe Migration warned that there were 18 agencies that had not sent the list of workers going abroad for December 2023.

It has reminded all overseas employment agencies that from 1 January 2024, they will no longer have to send worker dispatching procedures for the respective country to the headquarters in persons or by post, but only by emails.

The list of 18 agencies that hadn’t sent the monthly recruitment summary for December was published on the night of 9 January and three of them were found to have failed for more than three times.

They were given a last reminder to send the lists by 3:00 pm on 10 January.

It was warned that sending the summary every month for each country is a must for agencies, whether they are recruiting or not, or whether they are suspended.

If those which have received a warning letter for three times fail again, they need to sign an acknowledge letter and another failure will lead to the temporary withdrawal of the license for a limited period, according to the warning issued in November.
