2023 Mid-Year Gems Emporium continues its fifth day

The 2023 Mid-Year Gems Emporium entered its fifth day at the Maniradana Jade Hall in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday. Local and foreign merchants explored the displays of pearls, jade, and gem lots within the hall, as well as uncut jade lots outside the hall, starting in the morning.
During the exhibition, a total of 4,045 lots were sold through an open tender system each day. During yesterday’s exhibition, 750 jade lots were sold through an open tender system to local and foreign merchants, while 702 jade lots were completely sold.
For the sixth day of the exhibition, a total of 750 jade lots will be exhibited, and examined by local and foreign merchants, and bids placed in the tender box. Officials will close the bids for 750 jade lots at 3 pm. The tender boxes will be opened, and the sale of jade lots will be announced at 8 am on 25 October. The remaining jade lots will be available for purchase at the Maniradana Jade Hall in Nay Pyi Taw until 28 October. — MNA/ MKKS
