30 MoI staff join English proficiency course conducted by MoI, MoE

Union Minister U Chit Naing makes the speech at the event of English proficiency course for the MoI staff yesterday.

The English proficiency course jointly conducted by the Ministry of Information and Ministry of Education was held yesterday.
During the ceremony, Union Minister U Chit Naing stressed the need to have more practices and a great passion for English language study like writing, reading and speaking.
Then, Deputy Minister Dr Zaw Myint said the first English language course was opened at MRTV in Tatkon, and it is the second course. Such doing to improve the quality of staff is a good move. He also expressed thanks to the Ministry of Information to open courses by cooperating with the Ministry of Education.
A total of 30 MoI staff joined the 8-week English proficiency course with two sessions per week. — MNA
