Tatmadaw provides treatments to over 170,000 outpatients

Military hospitals in the townships of regions and states are giving medical treatments to the people to solve their difficulties in healthcare services. A total of 179,381 outpatients and 4,323 inpatients reached these hospitals from 5 February to date.
Senior medical experts, medics and nurses have conducted 8,409 major operations and 4,294 minor operations. The senior doctors treat the severe cases.
These hospitals managed for the birth of 11,054 babies to date. Of those, 4,367 cases are done in the caesarean section and 6,687cases in ordinary delivery.
Moreover, the Myanmar Fire Brigade members collectively donated blood for the military members, police, and locals, who took treatments at the local military hospitals in Taunggyi town, Shan State (South) and PyinOoLwin town, Mandalay Region, to mark the 75th Anniversary of Myanmar Fire Brigade yesterday.
In addition to providing medical care to patients in need of hospitalization, Tatmadaw is making arrangements for the well-being of hospitalized patients and caregivers. — MNA
