Royal Thai Armed Forces Day celebration in progress.

The celebration of Royal Thai Armed Forces Day was organized at Park Royal Hotel in Yangon yesterday and attended by Lt-Gen Thet Pon of the office of the Commander-in-Chief (Army), Yangon Command Commander Maj-Gen Nyunt Win Swe, senior military officers, the military attaché and guests.
First, Deputy Ambassador of the Embassy of Thailand to Myanmar Mrs Kanokwan Pengsuwan, Thai Military Attaché Senior Colonel Saranyanis Sutthiwajchinadej and wife welcomed Lt-Gen Thet Pon and guests.
Then, the attendees saluted after the two national anthems were played, and the Thai military attaché made a greeting speech. Afterwards, they played the video clip of Royal Thai Armed Forces Day.
Then, Lt-Gen Thet Pon and the Thai military attaché cut the cake and took a commemorative photo together with the guests.
Finally, the attendees enjoyed the lunch hosted by the Thai military attaché and wife. — MNA
