MoFA Union Minister receives Nepali Ambassador to Myanmar

U Wunna Maung Lwin, Union Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, received Mr Harishchandra Ghimire, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Nepal to the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, at 1 pm on 20 October 2022 at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Nay Pyi Taw.
During the call, the Union minister congratulated the ambassador for his appointment as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Nepal to the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. They cordially exchanged views on matters pertaining to the further enhancement of the existing friendly bilateral relations and mutually beneficial cooperation between the two countries, as well as closer collaboration in regional and multilateral fora including the BIMSTEC and the United Nations.—MNA
