23 Sayadaws pass Cetiyaṅgaṇa Pariyatti Dhamma Nuggaha Examination

The 104th Cetiyaṅgaṇa Pariyatti Dhamma Nuggaha Examination was held on 19 November.

A total of 23 Sayadaws, successfully passed the Cetiyaṅgaṇa Pariyatti Dhamma Nuggaha Examination, according to the Shwedagon Pagoda Board of Trustees.
The Cetiyaṅgaṇa exam was held at the Chanthagyi prayer hall of Shwedagon pagoda for seven days from 19 to 25 November.
Among these 23 monks, five monks were from Yangon Region, 12 from Mandalay Region, five from Sagaing Region and one from Ayeyawady Region.
There were 219 candidates for the 104th Cetiyaṅgaṇa Examination.
The results of the Cetiyaṅgaṇa Examination were announced on 26 November. — TWA/GNLM
