Over K4.13 billion worth of drugs, weapons and ammunition seized in Monghsat township

Over K4.13 billion worth of drugs, weapons and ammunition were seized in Monghsat Township in Shan State (east), according to the Myanmar Police Force.
At 3:30 pm on 22 January, a combined team consisting of members of the Anti-Drug Police Force searched a rubber plantation in Mongtwam village-tract in Monghsat Township according to information and arrested Kyabo and Kyasho together with over K4.13 billion worth of 6.6 million stimulant tablets, 192 kilogrammes of Ice, weapons and ammunition.
Legal action has been taken against offenders and the Myanmar Police Force is trying to uncover those connected with them. — MNA/MKKS
