MoTC Union Minister receives Vice-President of Russia-Myanmar Friendship and Cooperation Association

SAC Member Union Minister for Transport and Communications Admiral Tin Aung San received the delegation led by Vice-President Mr Anatoly Bulochnikov of the Russia-Myanmar Friendship and Cooperation Association yesterday afternoon at the ministry in Nay Pyi Taw.
The Union Minister highlighted the occasion of the diamond jubilee diplomatic relations between Russia and Myanmar and discussed cooperation and potential businesses in the Myanmar and Russian transport sectors, expansion of direct flights between the two countries, investment of building digital infrastructures, cybersecurity, electric trains and electric vehicles (EVs), potential investment for inland water transport, coastal vessels and human resources development in a friendly manner.
The meeting was attended by the deputy minister, departmental heads, representatives and officials of the Russia-Myanmar Friendship and Cooperation Association. — MNA/TS
