UEC explains Myanmar Electronic Voting Machine (MEVM) production to SAC Chairman Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing

The Union Election Commission reported on the production of the Myanmar Electronic Voting Machine (MEVM) to State Administration Council Chairman Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing at the SAC Chairman office meeting hall yesterday evening.
The Senior General heard the reports together with SAC Vice-Chairman Deputy Prime Minister Vice-Senior General Soe Win, SAC Secretary Lt-Gen Aung Lin Dwe, SAC Joint Secretary Lt-Gen Ye Win Oo, SAC members General Mya Tun Oo, Admiral Tin Aung San and Lt-Gen Soe Htut, UEC Chairman U Thein Soe and officials.
First, a UEC official explained the control unit, balloting unit-main, extension, verification unit, the ballot box and batteries, machines and aims of using, suggestions and preparations to produce large numbers of such machines.
Then, the Senior General and party inspected the test run of the MEVM and instructed the necessary things.—MNA/KTZH
