Air rescue search continues for 5 missing crews capsized ship

A cargo ship consisting of Myanmar seamen sank in Japan, the water search was suspended while the air search continued its rescue works for the remaining five crews, according to Myanmar Embassy in Tokyo.
Of eight Myanmar nationals who were aboard the Jin Tian cargo ship that capsized off the coast of Japan, Nagasaki on 25 January, five were missing. Among these five missing crews, three were found and of them, two died and one was alive.
The Myanmar Embassy communicated with the relevant organizations of Japan, and representatives of shipping lines to provide the needed assistance to the rescued U Zeyar Min. He was sent back to Myanmar by flight on 8 February. — TWA/KTZH
