Shan United technical director to handle Myanmar U-19 football team

Shan United technical director U Aung Naing has been offered as a head coach for the Myanmar National U-19 football team, according to a statement from the Shan United Football Club.
Upon his success, the Shan United team has expressed their feeling.
“It’s a great honour to get an offer to take responsibility for the U-19 team which has once been part of positive progress in the Myanmar football development course.
“These are all fruits of success which U Aung Naing has got in both his football player life and his coach life as well.
“He has been a major leader during our Shan United’s Championship journey for three consecutive years as in 2019, 2020 and 2022.
“His leadership for us as a head coach in 2019 and 2020, and as a technical director last year, is definitely unforgettable.
“The most special part about it is, not only in 2019 but also in 2022, Shan Team has made it to become undefeated league champions.
“Moreover, he has trained us to get thinking of when to approach a football match in regular style and when to approach it in a more energetic style.
“We deeply would like to wish U Aung Naing and Myanmar National U-19 football team great success and Myanmar Football sector all great success,” team officials stated. — KZL
