TV programmes of Thingyan dance troupes shot at MRTV

Shootings were made for TV programmes of the “Hnithit Thingyan”, “Nway Ma” and “Thingyan Moe” performed by the Kamayut education families’ dance troupe, and the “Nway Aatar, “Padauk Pwe”, “Thingyan Minthalay”, “Hnitkuu Atta Pwe” and “Padauk Yadana” performed by the Yangon City Development Committee dance troupe at the Myanma Radio and Television on Pyay Road in Yangon yesterday.
In addition, Walking Thingyan will be held in Nay Pyi Taw along with Ethnic People Thingyan, Youth Game Thingyan, Thanaka Thingyan, and water-splashing pandals from ministries among others in order to preserve traditional culture while portraying Myanmar Traditional Thingyan Festival in a disciplined manner. — MNA/KZW
