Indian Ambassador calls on DPM MoD Union Minister

State Administration Council Member Deputy Prime Minister Union Defence Minister Admiral Tin Aung San received Ambassador of India to Myanmar Mr Abhay Thakur at the Union Minister’s office yesterday afternoon.
During the meeting, they exchanged views on conditions that could continue to increase defence cooperation between Myanmar and India, the conditions of security cooperation in the border region of the two countries and issues related to training and education between two armed forces. Officials from the Ministry of Defence attended the meeting. — MNA/TS
