Parahita group assists Myanmar woman stranded at Malaysia airport

A Parahita group, which is organized with Myanmar nationals in Malaysia, helped a Myanmar woman who was stranded at Kuala Lumpur airport as she failed to catch her flight to return home.
The woman arrived in Malaysia just a month ago, and she failed the pre-employment screening.
She was unable to board in time and was left at the airport as she was asked questions, said Lovely Heart Philanthropic Myanmar Youth Blood Donor Group (Kuala Lumpur-Malaysia).
“She arrived in Malaysia just a month ago. Officials drove her to the airport to send her back to Myanmar because her medical check failed. At the airport, she was questioned and was left because of the language barrier. She was stranded at the airport for two days,” said the group. After her friends requested help from the group, they went to the airport and gave the necessary assistance along with her friends. According to follow-up information, she could finally return to Myanmar on 1 April.
The group urged Myanmar nationals to enquire about information from people who know if they would take Air Asia airline to return home. — MT/ZS/ED
