The Ad-hoc Coordination Meeting of the Task Force to facilitate the provision of Humanitarian Assistance to Myanmar through the AHA Centre was held at 10 am on 20 September 2022 at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The meeting was attended by Chair of the Task Force Union Minister U Ko Ko Hlaing of the Ministry of International Cooperation, Vice-Chair 1 of the Task Force Dr Thet Khaing Win, Union Minister of the Ministry of Health, Vice-Chair 2 of the Task Force Dr Thet Thet Khine, Union Minister of the Ministry of Social Welfare, Relief and Resettlement and members of the Task Force.
The meeting discussed the necessary preparation for the Joint Vaccination Programme between two Health Ministries of Myanmar and Cambodia as well as for the Joint Needs Assessment for the provision of broader humanitarian assistance to Myanmar. Myanmar aims for the delivery of humanitarian assistance to people in need without discrimination. — MNA
