Commanders need to always consider life security of servicemen and families, said Vice-Chairman of the State Administration Council Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Commander-in-Chief (Army) Vice-Senior General Soe Win at the meeting with officers, other ranks and families from Mongmaw Station of Central Command, yesterday afternoon.
In his address, the Vice-Senior General said that as Tatmadaw is a part of the country, servicemen need to dutifully serve the national cause in their respective sectors. The political extremists leading to the utter devastation are committing persuasion of government servants into the CDM activities under coercion. The country successfully overcame various crises through united strengths of the people, loyal servants and security forces amid the high infection period in the third wave of Delta variant of VOVID-19 pandemic. The Vice-Senior General said all will successfully overcome difficulties and challenges through the unity.
Those terrorists attempt to disintegrate the Tatmadaw as final stage. They apply social network to broadcast false and fake information. As they are sure to continuously commit disintegration to the Tatmadaw, servicemen and families need to build the compact unity and prevent designation acts of extremists. All servicemen need to focus on vertical respects with fair administration to have the unity. Commanders need to always consider life security of servicemen and families. They have to fulfill the requirements of servicemen and families as much as possible under their authority with sympathy. If so, servicemen can serve the State duty conveniently. Then, the Vice-Senior General immediately attended to the needs of servicemen and families in individuals.
The Vice-Senior General presented foodstuff for officers, other ranks and families of Mongmaw station, Lt-Gen Aung Zaw Aye of the Office of the Commander-in-Chief (Army) and Daw Than Than Nwe, wife of the Vice-Senior General, sports equipment and cash assistance for station MCWA through officials.—MNA
