1. It is found that, rioted protestors, without following the law, orders and rules released by the State attacked, are carrying out anarchic activities such as detaining and beating some members of the Myanmar Police Force who are on duty for security. Similarly, they have threatened and put pressure on the civil service personnel and their relatives to join the CDM movement, accused the retired Tatmadaw men and retired police force members and some people of police informers and military informers and detained, threatened and beat, and also shaved their hair and eyebrows, and tattooed their faces for lifelong to cause to feel ashamed lifelong.
2. Prohibiting and threatening the civil service personal not to do their duty deserve to be charged under the Section 124-d, 186, 189 and 353 of the Penal Code. Detaining and beating the civil service personal deserve to be charged under Section 332, 333 and 342 of the Penal Code; tattooing on face and hurting deserve to be charged under Section 325 and 326 of the Penal Code; shaving hair and eyebrows to cause to feel ashamed deserve under Section 352, 354 and 500 of the Penal Code, and threatening and putting pressure on civil servants to join CDM deserve under Section 124-d, 505 9a) and 506 and Section 66 9d) of the communication law, and can be sentenced up to 30 years in prison.
3. Hence, those civil servants who are on duty and their families are urged to contact and inform the following police stations if they assaulted with or are threatened with the above activities. If they inform the police stations in their respective regions, the police stations concerned will take effective actions against the abusers in accordance with the law.
