Everybody needs to exercise good-natured practice with a good heart not only upon themselves but on any other in relations. Moreover, they have to exercise dispersing Metta (compassion) for all others as an act of serving their interests.
“World Heart Day” was founded in 2000 to inform people around the globe that cardiovascular disease and stroke are the world’s leading causes of death. World Heart Day is celebrated every year on 29 September for enabling the global people to notice the danger of heart disease in various forms.
Generally, cardiologists advise people to follow the dos and don’ts to be free from the bad impacts of heart diseases. Actually, nobody wishes to suffer from heart disease. But, heart diseases unexpectedly fall upon them. In fact, it is possible that everybody may face heart disease regardless of age and gender. Hence, all need to strive for overcoming these challenges of heart disease. How can they do so?
Medical experts such as cardiologists disseminate the people information about the danger of heart diseases. On the other hand, people should notice some points of advice based on religion. It is just a practice of dispersing compassion for all living beings. Practically, while dispersing compassion, the physical and mental situations of the person are in peace. At a moment, the nature of the mental situation will be in good condition for those persons. Dispersing compassion can be said as treating themselves by stabilizing the heart with regular blood circulation in the body through a healthy heart.

Such a way does not cost any coin. Medical and mental treatment affects not only heart patients but for those from environs. Dispersing compassion reflects all dimensions of the objects or living beings. If so, the best therapy will be essential for all patients with heart disease.

World Heart Day aims to spread awareness about the importance of keeping the heart fit as it’s one of the most important organs that deliver oxygen and nutrients to cells and also removes waste products. Any sign of heart trouble should be taken seriously as it is linked to one’s longevity and survival.
As the theme of World Heart Day this year, ‘USE HEART FOR EVERY BEAT’, medical expert stress that there is no cause-effect relationship between cardiac ailments like myocarditis or inflammation of the heart and Covid-19 vaccine or booster shots. Hence, the people need to take Covid-19 vaccination safely while dispersing compassion for all living beings without fail for having their good health as well as for serving the interests of all.
