In March, after the end of the matriculation exam, families took long vacations and day trips to local destinations as well as travelling abroad.

“This is summer holiday so family vacations have increased. They take overnight trips and day drips to beaches and other destinations around Yangon as well as pagodas in Bago and Zalun Pagoda. Some travel with friends and family by renting private cars,” said travel companies.
