Chairman of the Security, Peace and Stability and Rule of Law Committee State Administration Council Chairman Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing addresses the Committee meeting 1/2022

Chairman of the Security, Peace and Stability and Rule of Law Committee of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar Chairman of the State Administration Council Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing delivered an address at the meeting 1/2022 of the Committee at the Office of the State Administration Council Chairman in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday afternoon.
At the meeting, the Senior General explained systematic supervision for implementing the peace and stability of the State, measures on the rule of law and security, need of teaching citizens to have school education for accumulating the knowledge to follow the law, rules and regulations, emphasis to be placed on an increasing number of intellectuals and intelligentsia in the country, collaboration in the enactment of laws without weakness, deep consideration of relevant ministries in legislative measures, efforts of the Tatmadaw and the Myanmar Police Force for combating the terrorism in taking security measures for citizens and state-owned buildings, security awareness of ministries, and concerted efforts for narrowing the development gap among regions and states for the unity of the entire people.
SAC members, Union ministers, chief ministers and deputy ministers reported on respective sectors, legal affairs, security, peace and stability, and rule of law measures.
After giving necessary instructions over the reports, the Senior General gave guidance on systematic preservation of ancient areas and ancient buildings for long term existence, situation to increase the income of the State with the maintenance of ancient buildings to attract the foreign tourists, systematic conservation of forests and trees in the conservation of forest reserves, supervision of officials for cultivation tasks with effective utilization of forest areas allowed as cultivable lands, security measures, peace and stability measures and rule of law measures. — MNA
