Union Minister U Maung Maung Ohn chairs the third coordination meeting of the Committee on Organizing Diamond Jubilee Independence Day 2023 in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday.

The Committee on Organizing Diamond Jubilee Independence Day 2023 held its third coordination meeting in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday.
During the meeting, Committee Chairman Union Minister for Information U Maung Maung Ohn said the ceremony to mark the 75th anniversary of Independence Day is the most notable event for the country. The pre-ceremonial programmes and their related events are being held. There would be many tasks to be carried out as the ceremony is drawing near. All should work hard and participate in the discussion for the biggest ceremony of the country.
Then, Nay Pyi Taw Council Chairman U Tin Lwin Oo in his capacity as the Committee Vice-Chairperson reported on the event programmes in detail and Committee Secretary Deputy Minister U Ye Tint and Joint Secretary of Committee Permanent Secretary U Myo Myint Maung and other attendees explained the preparations of floats, dance troupes and other related matters.
The Union minister concluded the meeting after the joint secretary of the committee read out the decisions made at the meeting. — MNA/KTZH
