Construction Union Minister opens ministry’s Maha Thingyan Pandal

Union Minister for Construction U Shwe Lay attended the opening ceremony of the ministry’s Maha Thingyan Pandal in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday.
First, the Union minister and deputy ministers cut the ribbon to inaugurate the water-throwing pandal and watched the performances of coral dance troupes together with the departmental staff.
