MoEE holds 1383 ME Myanmar traditional Maha Thingyan ceremony

The MoEE Union Minister views the Thingyan coral dance on the second day event.

The Ministry of Electricity and Energy held the ceremony of the 1383 ME Myanmar traditional Maha Thingyan on the second day of the festival yesterday, following COVID-19 rules and regulations in Nay Pyi Taw.
Union Minister U Aung Than Oo and his wife, Deputy Minister U Thant Sin and his wife, the directors-generals, directors and staff from the departments of the Union Minister Office, invitees happily participated in the ceremony, and coral dance troupes representing departments and enterprises entertained with dances and songs.
At the ceremony, the Union minister and those present splashed water on each other and gave cash awards to coral dance troupes. — MNA
