Today’s progress can be seen in all arenas as the government is striving for the development of the nation amid difficulties, disturbances and destructions. Currently, the government is practically benefiting the interests of the State and the ethnic people, so the entire people are to participate in the nation-building endeavours through the united strength.
Nowadays, the State Administration Council is making utmost efforts for fulfilling the requirements for the basic needs of the people with the peaceful living, ensuring economic growth, restoring the perpetual peace throughout the nation and resurging the businesses which faced the downtrend in the outbreak of COVID-19.
The consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic still bring losses of employment opportunities to the private businesses and the majority of the people. To be able to remedy these businesses to have recovery, the government and the people are to work in concert for resuming the production of their businesses with modern techniques.
As such, the creation of job opportunities in the top requirement for successfully implementing the national work procedures of the State. Currently, not only the globe but Myanmar is facing impacts of economic sector triggered by COVID-19 in the situation of instability of job opportunities and reduction of labour numbers. Hence, the government allows local and foreign businesspersons to operate Cutting-Making-Packaging-CMP businesses with their investments.
The CMP businesses can generate jobs for local people, arrange economic development with the least capital and turn out skilled workers. Moreover, the government manages the improvement of small and medium scale enterprises, further flows of local and foreign investments into the country to develop technology, market and employment and ensure good contributions of investment.
In Myanmar, Myanmar citizen businesspersons and foreign investors primarily put their investments in industries, textile, service, hotels and tourism and electrification sectors. Hence, these sectors now show progress with the capacity to earn an income from foreign changes not only for the State but for businesspersons.

As Myanmar is abundant in labour, it is necessary to effectively utilize the job opportunities. Both the government and the businesspersons need to increase the interests of the State and themselves with the correctness of morals, confidence and attitude, regarding the jobs, learning skills and knowledge about the entrepreneurship, and keenness to operate businesses.
