Defender Zaw Min Tun will move to Malaysian club Penang under a one-season contract, according to the football officials.
Zaw Min Tun moved to Thai League-1 club Chon Buri last year, but after the first round, he parted ways and moved to the Malaysian club.
Zaw Min Tun started moving to foreign clubs in 2019 and only played in Thai clubs, but this will be the first time in a Malaysian club.
The Malaysian Super League club Penang had a bad result last season and is making great preparations for the new season.
The defending star played for Thai League-1 club Chon Buri in the 2019 season, Thai League-1 club Sukhothai in the 2020-2021 season, Thai League-2 club Trat in the 2021-2022 season, and Thai League-1 club Chon Buri in the first round of the 2022-2023 season.
As he decided to move to the Malaysian club, two Myanmar players will play in the Malaysian Super League next season, and forward Hein Htet Aung is also playing in the Selangor FC.—Ko Nyi Lay/KZL
