DPM MoFA Union Minister receives Bangladeshi Ambassador

Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar U Than Swe received Dr Md Monwar Hossain, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh to the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, yesterday at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Nay Pyi Taw.
During the call, they cordially exchanged views on further consolidation of bilateral relations between the two countries, expansion of mutually beneficial cooperation in various arenas, including bilateral trade, investment and connectivity, successful implementation of repatriation of verified displaced persons from Rakhine State as well as regional and international matters of common interest. — MNA
