Dutiful civil servants receive threats, incitements for CDM

A video file went viral on social media of CDM activists threatening civil service personnel of Township Administration office of No (4) Ward of Lanmadaw Township in Yangon to join the civil disobedience movement.

Similarly, another video clip of a doctor of Kan Htoo Ma station hospital in Tant-Se Township, Shwebo District of Sagaing Region, explained the threats from some unscrupulous persons to joining CDM spread on the social network.

Therefore, such moves like threats and social punishments against the dutiful civil servants should not be carried out as it can harm the country’s governance mechanism. If the people commit such doings, they will be taken action, and those who face such threats can contact the announced phone numbers. —MNA
