The tensions bring mental sufferings to some persons who are working hard with vigorous efforts in the workplaces such as schools, workshops, factories and so on, analyzing something with critical thinking, making decisions in the management sector, and operating important machinery for the public with restricted calculation and estimation.
The persons under tension lose the capabilities to work and decide regularly. They suffer to pack the burdens of tensions on their backs. At that time, their lives are in misery.
In this regard, many persons may face two kinds of tensions — one is self-made tension and another is imposed tension. The self-made tension is based on their own thoughts that they themselves gradually exaggerate a single topic. A simple topic becomes the terrible one based on the thoughts of the host person. Another kind of tension is imposed by someone. Such kind of tension is based on many reasons with a personal attack, personal dissatisfaction, grudge and hatred also suppress the victims. In fact, both kinds of tensions are never useful for the sufferers.
Hence, the tension sufferers need to remove the tensions from their souls by various ways and means of easing. How do they remove it? Of course, they should hold up the compassion to remove the tensions from their souls. They can easily remove the self-made tensions by culturing good thoughts and minds. They should not see anyone with mistakes. If they see them with mistakes, they should set aside the mistakes from those persons filled with loving-kindness. They have to consider how to fulfil the needs of other persons.
With regard to the imposed tension, the sufferers need to dodge confrontation with opponents elsewhere. Some persons may be satisfied with everything and everybody. Unfortunately, if the sufferers may wrongly talk about the unsatisfied persons, the latter may personally attack the sufferers. If it does not have success, the unsatisfied persons will change tactics to impose some troubles on the sufferers. That is why the sufferers should dodge their attacks without harming other persons and without any response to the attackers.

Gradually, the opponents will understand the nature and attitudes of the sufferers who respond to them with compassion and loving-kindness. If so, it is sure that they can be free from the lives of sufferers at an appropriate time.
