NETA U electric vehicles, imported by Grand Sirius Co Ltd, and Yadea electric motorcycles, brought in by Myanmar Arr Thit Man Motor Co Ltd, have arrived at Yangon Port recently. These imports were approved by the Steering Committee on National-Level Development of Electric Vehicles and Related Industries. The vehicles were claimed yesterday in compliance with the rules and regulations. Electric vehicles (EVs) and electric motorcycles are exempt from Customs tariffs. — MNA/KZW
