Hanthawady, Dagon Star grab victories in MNL tourney

Hanthawady United and Dagon Star FC secured wins in the Myanmar National League matches held in Yangon yesterday.
Hanthawady United secured full points after beating Silver Stars FC 7-1 at the University Stadium in Yangon. Lardin Mawra scored the winning goals for Hanthawady at 19 minutes, Nay Moe Naing at 32 minutes, Han Win Aung at 43 minutes, Soe Kyaw Kyaw at 45 minutes, Chit Hla Aung at 51 minutes, Aung Myat Thu at 55 minutes and Latt Wai Bhone at 59 minutes. Kyaw Phyo Oo scored the single or consolation goal for Silver Star FC at 53 minutes.
Next, Dagon Star FC beat Dagon Port FC 1-0 at Padonma Stadium. Wai Yan Phyo produced the winning goal for the Dagon Star at 84 minutes.
