NATIONAL NEWS

The Directorate of Water Resources and Improvement of River Systems issued a waterway reminder that the installation of 33kV Hlinethaya-Twantay power cable across Twantay Canal will be undertaken between mileposts 11.5 and 12 of the canal from 8 am to 4 pm during the period from 11 to 13 September.
During the working period, the supervisory team will temporarily prohibit the running of vessels upstream and downstream in the waterway of the canal.
