K1.275 billion worth of Ketamine seized in Mongpyin Township

A combined inspection team consisting of members of the Anti-Drug Police Force searched a Toyota Pajero driven by Hlaing Min Htun near the Nampain Creek stream in Mongpyin Township on 29 May at 9:00 pm according to information. They captured 150 kilogrammes of Ketamine worth K1.275 billion.
At 10:00 pm on the same day, according to examining, Police Force seized Sai Yi, Nan Hon, Sai Ngoh and Sai Lin, who are involved in drug trafficking, with four motorbikes.
Trafficker Sai Lon Kyauk in Kengtung Township is on the run and they are prosecuted under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Law, the Myanmar Police Force stated. — MNA
