Khit Thit, a malicious media outlet, is deliberately spreading misinformation on social media that a 26-year-old pregnant woman from Kyonhmein Village died after an artillery shell launched by the Thaton military base exploded on 19 December.
The regional security official claimed that Tatmadaw did not fire on that day, but terrorists launched attacks.
Tatmadaw has never opened fire into villages, and the malicious media Khit Thit is just circulating false information on social media to cause disintegration between Tatmadaw and the people. — MNA/KTZH
