Korean university to conduct free basic gems training course for Myanmar trainees

In an announcement by  Myanmar Embassy in the Republic of Korea, it stated Korea Polytechnic University in Seoul informed that it would conduct a free gems training course for Myanmar nationals who are spouse of South Korea citizens and interested persons can apply.

It is temporarily scheduled to start the course at the end of March or early April 2024 and will begin the course only after there are at least 20 trainees who must be between 18 and 34 years old.

The duration is six month, from Monday through Friday, from 9:00am to 5:00pm, and Korean language course will also be provided free.

Therefore, interested Myanmar nationals who are married to Korean citizens and have a basic level of Korean language can apply to the embassy’s [email protected] along with copy of front and back Residence Card issued by the country by 19 February 2024, the embassy said.
