Local people hand over homemade guns to security forces

Two homemade guns were handed over to the security forces through village administration officials in Hti Phaung village, Taunggyi, Shan State (South) on 21 May.
It is reported that security forces received and stored the guns systematically. People who want to live in peace have handed over homemade guns they have on their hands to the security forces through the administration officials in some townships of the states and regions. — MNA
