MFF holds meeting to kick off Myanmar Women’s League on 3 October

A coordination meeting for the successful holding of the 2022 Myanmar Women’s League was held yesterday morning at the meeting hall of the Myanmar Football Federation.
Club owners, presidents, association chief executive officers and association officials attended the meeting.
During the meeting, they discussed conditions that have been prepared for the successful holding of the women’s league, and efforts to be made to obtain competition sponsorship.
“Based on the current world ranking of Myanmar women’s football, the situation will be able to rise further”, officials said.
The football authorities also discussed pre-planned conditions for next year’s women’s league match to be held more widely than now.
The women’s league will be held from 3 October to 27 November at the Bahan artificial turf field and Thuwanna bicycle training ground (1) with ISPE FC, Myawady FC, Thitsar Ahman FC, YREO FC, Sports & Education FC, Young Lionesses FC and Taninthayi FC participating.
The champion team will have the right to represent Myanmar in next year’s AFC Women’s Club Championship. — GNLM
