Miss Myanmar to compete in National Costume Contest of Miss Universe 2023

Miss Amara Bo, representing Myanmar, will compete in the National Costume competition of the Miss Universe 2023 in a monetary tree dress.
Miss Universe 2023 is being held in El Salvador from 4 to 18 November. A total of 86 countries, including Myanmar, are competing in the Miss Universe 2023 pageant.
“I am going to compete in the National Costume in a Myanmar monetary tree dress.
The dress features the traditional way of donating in Myanmar where religion is flourishing.
This dress also describes the traditional Myanmar culture of donating money to missionaries during the Kathina period.
This national costume was created by a designer named Ko Pyae Sone (Hpa-an),” said Miss Myanmar Amara Bo.
The final competition of Miss Universe 2023 will be held on 18 November at the National Gymnasium, San Salvador, El Salvador.
