Myanmar letwei fighter Thant Zin was scheduled to face Muay Thai fighter Tai Sor Jor in the Co-main event of ONE Championship’s One Friday Fight (57) on 29 March (Today), but the fight has been cancelled due to his health emergency.

“My younger brother Thant Zin will not be able to compete in the event tonight due to his emergency health condition. He was rushed to hospital at about 1 am with stomach pains and it turned out to be appendicitis. We respect everyone who has been eagerly waiting to support this match. Please continue to support our two brothers as they fight tonight. I suggest you all encourage Maung Thant Zin with your comments. May you recover as soon as possible, Maung Thant Zin,” famous female fighter Vero Nika posted on the social network, explaining Thant Zin’s situation.

Event (6) sees Soe Lin Oo take on Portuguese fighter Fabio in a bantamweight Muay Thai bout.

ONE Friday Fights 57 events will be streamed live on SKYNET SPORTS 3 and SKYNET SPORTS HD on 29 March at 7pm.
