MoC Deputy Minister attends EV charging station opening ceremony, inspects toll gates

Chairman of the Operation of Electric Vehicles and Infrastructure Implementation Committee Deputy Minister for Construction U Win Pe attended the opening ceremony of the Electric Vehicle Charging Station built by Yar Zar Min Industry Co Ltd yesterday at the station (between 62nd and 120th streets), Pyigyidagun township, Mandalay region.
Mandalay Region Minister for Development Affairs U Kyaw San, Minister for Transport U Aung Zaw Oo, Deputy Director -General of the Ministry of Construction U Thaung Myint Tun, officials from the company and guests also attended the ceremony.
After the deputy minister had given the opening remark, an official from the Yar Zar Min Industry Co Ltd explained the electric vehicle charging station, which can provide a charging facility to 14 vehicles at the same time.
Furthermore, the deputy minister and the team also attended another opening ceremony of the electric vehicle charging station constructed by Myanmar Arr Thit Man Motor Co Ltd. Additionally, the deputy minister and the team inspected toll gates on the Sakarinn-Oh htoketan road section. — MNA/TRKM
