MoI Deputy Minister inspects information activities in Sittway

Deputy Minister for Information U Ye Tint arrived at the MRTV retransmission station in Sittway yesterday morning and assigned the station manager and engineers on the duty of clearing up the 100-metre tower that collapsed in the storm to cover the equipment so that it would not be damaged.
Afterwards, the deputy minister inspected the construction of the 30-metre tower and the selection of the site for the temporary replacement. He called for quick construction to resume retransmission.
Then, the deputy minister viewed the sub-printing house and warehouses of the News And Periodicals Enterprise (Sittway) and gave the necessary instructions.
