MoI Union Minister gives directives to IPRD for 2023

Union Minister U Maung Maung Ohn provides working guidance for the Information and Public Relations Department in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday.

The Information and Public Relations Department organized a ceremony to seek directives for 2023 from the Union Minister of Information yesterday.
Speaking at the event, Union Minister U Maung Maung Ohn said it should highlight the duties and attitudes of region/state/district and township IPRD heads in 2023 and carry out the duties by applying the skills in unification based on their own stance. They are also required to have proper opinions regarding political, social, economic and international outlook.
The region/state/district and township IPRD Heads have already achieved experiences in accordance with their age groups and should know their main objective. They should recognize themselves as reliable moderators for the country and the public. They should think about the measures that should be done in the interest of the country knowing the history and political situation of the country. They also should keep learning about the international situation and serve the youth and public by providing true news and information.
Then, the Director-General of IPRD reported on the activities of the department launched in 2022 and other officials coordinated the discussion.
