MoI Union Minister views “Tu Shin Hnwal Pyaw Gita Pwal Taw” singing contest at MRTV

Union Minister for Information U Maung Maung Ohn attended the “Tu Shin Hnwal Pyaw Gita Pwal Taw” singing competition organized at MRTV on Pyay road of Yangon Region together with Region Chief Minister U Hla Soe on 3 December (in pictures).
First, the Union minister and region chief minister cordially greeted the artistes at the festival and discussed the entertaining programmes.
He then enjoyed the competition of nine candidates from Nay Pyi Taw and Regions/States in the second match of Group (1) of the “Tu Shin Hnwal Pyaw Gita Pwal Taw” which marks the 75th Diamond Jubilee of Union Day which will fall on 12 February 2022.
After the event, the Union minister and party greeted the three judges and nine candidates and presented the gifts.
A total of 45 contestants – three each from Nay Pyi Taw and Regions/States will participate in the competition. There will be 12 matches in the event and it will be held from 26 December 2021 to 11 February 2022. — MNA
