MRTV to broadcast “Tu Shin Hnwal Pyaw Gita Pwal Taw” Season 2 (level 2) singing contest live

Hailing Diamond Jubilee Independence Day, the “Tu Shin Hnwal Pyaw Gita Pwal Taw” singing contest Season 2 started at the Myanma Radio and Television in Pyay Road, Yangon on 2 September. Out of 18, one contest is convened every Friday night. Contests will end on 30 December.
In the contests, Academy Cho Pyone, Pianist Myo Naing and Singer Khine Wah will act as judges and Wai Hlyan and Thinzar Myint Mo as presenters.
There was a total of 45 contestants in the level-1 contest – three contestants each from Nay Pyi Taw, regions and states. Out of them, 10 contestants qualified for level 2. Out of 10 in level 2, only seven were selected to compete in the “Tu Shin Hnwal Pyaw Gita Pwal Taw” Season 2 (level 2) singing contest. The 15th contest will be held on Friday 9 December and will be broadcast live on MRTV-HD. The programme will also be replayed on 11 December. — MNA
