Myanmar Chinlone Federation President leaves for Cambodia

Myanmar Chinlone Federation President U Soe Naing leaves for Cambodia for the SEA Games matters.

President of the Myanmar Chinlone (Cane Ball) Federation and Asian Chinlone Federation U Soe Naing, Asian Chinlone Federation Secretary and Myanmar Chinlone Advisor U Pyae Sone Aung left for Cambodia on 21 June for the traditional Myanmar Chinlone participation in the 2023 Cambodian SEA Games.
The visit will be held at the invitation of Dr Meas Sarin, President of the Sepak Takraw Federation, and will include detailed discussions on the sport, which is planned to be included in the upcoming SEA Games.
Chinlone, a traditional Myanmar sport, was introduced at the 2013 SEA Games, hosted by Myanmar, and competed in the 2015 Singapore SEA Games and the 2017 Malaysia SEA Games, but did not participate in the 2019 Philippines SEA Games and the last SEA Games in Viet Nam.
The Myanmar team is planning to include the games in the 2023 SEA Games, which will be hosted by Cambodia.
The Myanmar Chinlone Federation will continue to prepare for the Myanmar SEA Games to win gold medals at the upcoming SEA Games. —Ko Nyi Lay/GNLM
