Myanmar Golf Federation introduces World H’Cap System

The Myanmar Golf Federation held a seminar on the afternoon of 21 March at the Nine Miles’ Myanmar Golf Club with the introduction of Computer Software, a system that facilitates the calculation of operational functions related to the World Handicap System (WHS).
Chairman of the Myanmar Golf Club U Thaung Hlaing, gave an opening speech while Joint Secretary U Myo Thiha addressed the gathering.
Next, U Zar Ni Win, Chairman of Myanmar Golf Federation’s World H’Cap System Implementation Committee explained the World H’Cap System and Rule of Handicapping and introduction of the Computer Software to be used.
Then, Secretary of the Myanmar Golf Club U Than Tun discussed the process of implementing the World H ‘Cap System at the nine-miles club.
After that, the attendees asked questions and the officials explained. The event was attended by 30 enthusiasts from various golf clubs. — Ko Nyi Lay/GNLM
