Myanmar teams win silver and bronze medals in Rowing, Canoeing events

Myanmar teams won one silver and one bronze medals in the Rowing and Canoeing event of the SEA Games held in Viet Nam on 18 May.
The Myanmar rowing team won a silver medal in the men’s 1,000-metre Rowing competition and a bronze medal in the men’s 1,000-metre Canoeing event.
In the men’s 1,000-metre Rowing competition, Indonesia bagged gold, and Viet Nam earned bronze medals.
Next in the men’s 1,000-metre Canoeing event, Viet Nam won the gold medal while Indonesia grabbed the bronze medal.
The Myanmar Rowing team which won the silver medal includes Tun Min Thant, Htet Wai Lwin, Myint Ko Ko, and Saw Moe Aung while the Myanmar team which won the bronze medal includes Win Htike, Min Naing, Sai Min Wai and Thant Zin Oo.
Rowing competitions will continue today with Myanmar teams competing in the Finals.
