Myanmar MMA fighter Joshua Van won the UFC 295 match in the United States yesterday, after beating Kevin Borjas.
Both fighters launched their attack starting from the early minutes. Joshua stayed in the counter attack while Borjas relied on the speedy punches.
As Borjas’ power waned as his stamina dwindled, Joshua was able to bombard him and win by unanimous decision of all three judges at the end of the match.
Joshua has won both of his two fights in UFC events. It was his eighth win in a nine-fight professional career. Joshua Van is also the first Myanmar player to work with the famous UFC among fighting organizations. — Ko Nyi Lay/KZL
