Nay Pyi Taw Council Chair Dr Maung Maung makes an inspection tour around universities and institutes yesterday.

Nay Pyi Taw Council Chairman Dr Maung Maung Naing inspected the Yezin Agricultural University, the University of Veterinary Science and the University of Forestry and Environmental Science in Zeyathiri, State Agricultural Institute in Pyinmana and Government Technical Institute (Nay Pyi Taw) and Government Technical High School in Zabuthiri Township of Nay Pyi Taw yesterday.
During his visit, the Rectors, Pro-Rectors, and principals of respective universities and institutes presented the preparations for the reopening of schools and universities and the plans to facilitate the accommodation for teachers and students.
Nay Pyi Taw Council Chairman Dr Maung Maung Naing, in response, instructed them to make a plan for students’ formal learning, COVID-19 vaccination programmes for the teachers and students, and guide them to become intelligent experts.
Then, the Nay Pyi Taw Council Chairman and party inspected the school buildings, laboratories, dorms, libraries and classrooms of universities and institutes. — MNA
